COWRC.COM Short Course Late Model Triple Crown Series Rules/Information

 

1. $25 to register for all 3 races if registration is emailed back to the track by May 1st, 2015. Otherwise its $30. You can register for the series up until the last series race day. (You will also pay a race day fee on each race day as the registraion fee goes into a payout fund.) This year is an extra $5 per registration to help pay for Trophies. If we get at least 30 cars registered, top 5 will receive trophies. We have something pretty cool planned for trophies this year!! Plus all of our sponsor raffles and contigency prizes!!

 

2. $20 per registration, will be distributed out, in an end of the year payout. (Top 15 in points will get payed out)

 

3. Separate Points will be awarded on a triple crown series race days, just for the Triple Crown Series. Normal points will not be rewarded to the SC Late Models on a Triple Crown Series Race day

 

4. Must run an Attitude RC Raceway legal SC Late Model

 

5. Each driver will be given 2 laps (with 1 warm up lap) by themselves, to qualify for the day. (The computer will determine the qualifying order)

 

6. 2 rounds of heats

 

7. Heat Race Line Ups will be lined up by your qualifying time

 

8. Heat race points will be rewarded.( Example: 5 cars in a heat, 1st=5pts, 2nd =4pts, ect. )

 

9. The mains will be lined up by your points you were rewarded in your heats. Tie breakers will be determined by your qualifying time.

 

10. Based on car count we will run lower mains with bump ups

 

11. The A-Mains will be 100 Laps

TQ will roll one dice right before the A-Main to determine the invert of the starting order.

 

A-MAINS WILL BE STARTED 2 WIDE. SO IF WE HAVE A 8 CAR A-MAIN, WE WILL START 4 ROWS OF 2 CARS.
